Professional Bio

Kristin Gallagher is the Director of Engagement, National at Instruction Partners, where she partners with school systems and educational leaders to strengthen instructional systems and improve outcomes for students through leadership development, high quality instructional materials implementation, and capacity building.

Kristin brings more than 30 years of experience in education across elementary and secondary settings. Throughout her career, she has served as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, director, and leadership coach. Prior to joining Instruction Partners, she spent nearly a decade at New Leaders supporting principals and leadership teams in strengthening instructional leadership, building effective teams, and creating systems for sustainable school improvement.

Kristin began her career teaching in California, Washington, D.C., and Boston Public Schools and has spent her career supporting educators and leaders to create stronger learning environments for students.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Trinity College, and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from San Jose State University.

Kristin believes deeply in the brilliance and potential of every child and the power of strong leadership to create transformative outcomes for students.
