In collaboration with FranklinCovey, SSDA is proud to present the 2026-27 E3 Regional Forums, a series of leadership events created specifically for leaders in small and rural school districts. E3 stands for Engage, Empower, and Elevate, bringing together small and rural district educational leaders for meaningful learning, collaboration, and practical strategies that can be applied immediately in their districts.
For this E3 Forum with FranklinCovey, attendees will cover the first two disciplines of The 4 Disciplines of Execution® (4DX®). You can learn more about the framework here.
There will be two SoCal E3 Forums, both held in Riverside County. The first session, on December 7, 2026, will focus on the first two disciplines of 4DX. Attendees are also encouraged to register for the second SoCal E3 Forum on March 31, 2027, which will build on the remaining disciplines. You can register for the March E3 Forum here.
