Dr. Pandolfo brings 25 years of hands-on experience as a Chief Business Official (CBO) — 11 years in Cook County, Illinois, followed by more than 14 years serving California school districts. As founder of School Consulting Group, he draws on that frontline experience to guide districts through school closure and consolidation studies, developer fee justification studies, efficiency studies, organizational reviews, multi-year financial projections, interim reporting, master facility planning, and CBO mentorship.
A recognized voice in school business administration, Dr. Pandolfo has presented extensively for the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) and the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), and has served as a guest lecturer at the University of California, Davis and Sonoma State University.
