The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) wants to ensure that all small school districts have information regarding the LEA Medi-Cal Billing Option Program (BOP) and the School Based Administrative Activities (SMAA) Program. Specifically, they want all LEAs to know that their State Plan Amendment 15-021 was approved and the impacts are outlined in the joint letter with CDE that was sent out to all of their stakeholders.
