Special Education Program Coordinator - Sierra Unified School District

Accountable for improving student achievement for Special Education Students and the effective management of the SELPA Local Plan. Responsible to organize, control, and direct the special education programs of the district to provide students and families a variety of high quality learning options to ensure that each child obtains maximum benefit from the educational programs. Work in conjunction with general education personnel to develop and integrate a full spectrum of Special Education services. Provide oversight and support in the development and implementation of Individualized Educational Plans for students with disabilities. Maintain compliance issues with state and federal laws and regulations.

Junior/Senior High School Principal - Sierra Unified School District

Organize, supervise, implement, and evaluate all educational programs at the school site in accordance with district-wide goals, instructional priorities, standards and guidelines. Analyze student performance data and provide leadership in the planning and implementation of intervention programs in support of student academic growth as measured by California Standards Tests (CSTs), and high school graduation rates to meet Annual Measureable Objectives (AMOs). Identify services and resources necessary to assist in the implementation of an effective educational program. 

Compensation: $112,895.20 - $132,722.00 per year (includes salary concessions), Masters Stipend - $825.00, Comprehensive Health and Life Insurance Benefits (Employee and dependents)

Program Specialist - Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools

Superintendent - Tulelake Basin Joint Unified School District

To be the Superintendent of the District, with the right to speak on all matters before the Board, but not to vote. To enforce all provisions of law and all rules and regulations relating to the management of the schools and other educational, social and recreational activities under the direction of the Board. Keep the Board informed of the condition of the District’s educational system; assure effective communication between the Board and the staff of the school system.
