SSDA is excited to announce a new program we are partnering with the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE) on:
Whole Child Design Series: Summer Learning
Through CCEE, Turnaround for Children is offering a series of two workshops designed to help districts understand the science of learning and development, and apply strategies and tools that help districts prepare for in-person engagement in the summer and/or fall. There will be two 2-hour sessions before the end of June and then there will be a series of learning opportunities in a community through the summer. Turnaround for Children is looking to recruit LEA teams of at least 3 staff who could be district or site leaders, coaches, teachers or others. The content will include session related to the Science of Learning and Development, Developmental Relationships, Supportive Environments and Knowledge, Skill and Mindset Building.
