10.05.09: Provision of Insulin to Children in Schools - Request for Information

SSDA has been asked to check with member districts to see if they would provide responses to the following four questions:
- What is the process and protocol the district uses for the administration of insulin?
- Is the process successful?
- Have there been any reported incidents such as injuries associated with the process?
- Do you want to testify at a hearing on this issue in Sacramento on November 4, 2009?
Please copy and paste these questions and email Aileen Dalen (adalen@m-w-h.com) with your responses and we will collate. Unless you indicate you want to testify at the hearing, we will treat your response as confidential.
