09.21.09: ARRA Fiscal Reporting
The California Department of Education is requesting that if you have received funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), please ensure you report the required fiscal information by the upcoming deadline of close of business Wednesday, September 23, 2009.
Click here to view the excel file which shows the subrecipient data that have been reported to date, except for vendor information. From this file it is possible to determine which subrecipients have reported and which have not.
• LEAs should go to the CDE Web site at http://www.cde.ca.gov/ar/rr/rptingdatcol.asp for access to the data collection tool, information about the data elements and a set of FAQs to assist them in compiling and submitting the data.
• Information is summarized in a letter from State Superintendent O'Connell that was sent to the field on September 4, 2009. The letter is available at http://www.cde.ca.gov/ar/rr/rptingdatcol.asp.
• Subrecipient LEAs must use their assigned passwords in order to submit the information. Questions about passwords should be sent via e-mail to arra@cde.ca.gov.
