08.24.10: DOF School Fund Deferral Notice

Yesterday, the Department of Finance released a notice (click here to view) accelerating the deferrals of payments to September. Schools should not expect repayment anytime soon and should expect the deferral to be reinstituted almost immediately upon repayment.
